Equality Policy
1. Institutional commitment
Qualifica2, S.L. declares its firm and explicit commitment to the principle of equal treatment and equal opportunities between women and men, in accordance with Spanish Organic Law 3/2007 of 22 March on effective equality between women and men, as well as with applicable labour and occupational risk prevention regulations.
Equality is a strategic principle of the organisation and is integrated into all internal management processes, decision-making and labour relations.
2. Adherence to the "Manifesto for companies free from harassment against women" (Regional Government of Andalusia)
Qualifica2, S.L. is one of the entities adhering to the Manifesto for companies free from harassment against women, promoted by the Regional Government of Andalusia, and assumes the commitments established therein:
- Absolute rejection of any form of harassment against women in the workplace.
- Promotion of safe, respectful and violence-free working environments.
- Implementation of preventive, training and awareness-raising measures.
- Guarantee of confidential and effective channels for reporting and acting on harassment situations.
- Cooperation with public institutions in eradicating violence and discrimination against women.
This adherence reinforces the company's commitment to zero tolerance for harassment and to the creation of equal workplaces.
3. Scope of application
This policy applies to:
- All staff of Qualifica2, S.L., regardless of their contract type or position.
- Selection, recruitment, promotion and training processes.
- Remuneration policy and working conditions.
- Organisation of working time and work-life balance measures.
- Prevention of sexual harassment and harassment based on sex.
- Internal and external company communications.
4. Guiding principles
Qualifica2, S.L. adopts the following principles:
- Equal treatment and opportunities in access to employment, professional promotion, training, remuneration and working conditions.
- Absolute prohibition of direct or indirect discrimination on grounds of sex, marital status, maternity, paternity, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other personal or social circumstance.
- Integration of the gender perspective into human resources management and decision-making.
- Active prevention of sexual harassment and harassment based on sex through specific protocols and safe, confidential reporting mechanisms.
- Promotion of co-responsibility and work-life balance through measures that help reconcile work, personal and family life.
- Pay transparency in accordance with Spanish Royal Decree 902/2020, guaranteeing the absence of unjustified gender pay gaps.
- Inclusive communication, avoiding stereotypes and projecting an equal image across all corporate channels.
5. Measures to guarantee equality
Qualifica2, S.L. undertakes to develop and apply measures to ensure real and effective equality, including:
- Selection and recruitment procedures based on objective and non-discriminatory criteria.
- Equal access to training and internal promotion.
- Periodic evaluation of the remuneration structure to detect and correct possible inequalities.
- Implementation of work-life balance measures that promote co-responsibility.
- Development of awareness and training actions on equality and harassment prevention.
- Establishment of a protocol for the prevention of and response to sexual harassment and harassment based on sex.
- Continuous review of internal policies to ensure compliance with current regulations.
6. Equality Plan
If the company is legally obliged to implement, or voluntarily decides to implement, an Equality Plan, it will include:
- A situation diagnosis.
- Specific and measurable objectives.
- Concrete measures regarding access to employment, professional classification, training, promotion, remuneration, work-life balance and harassment prevention.
- Monitoring and evaluation indicators.
- An Equality Committee to oversee compliance.
The Equality Plan will be prepared in accordance with Spanish Royal Decree 901/2020, guaranteeing the participation of the legal representatives of employees where they exist.
7. Prevention of sexual harassment and harassment based on sex
Qualifica2, S.L. maintains zero tolerance towards any conduct constituting sexual harassment or harassment based on sex.
The company has, or will have:
- A specific protocol accessible to the entire workforce.
- Confidential reporting and action procedures.
- Protection measures for the reporting person.
- Disciplinary sanctions proportionate to the seriousness of the facts.
8. Monitoring, evaluation and continuous improvement
The company undertakes to:
- Review this policy periodically.
- Assess the effectiveness of the measures implemented.
- Introduce continuous improvements to guarantee real equality.
- Promote staff participation in identifying needs and proposals.
9. Disclosure and communication
This Equality Policy will be communicated to the entire workforce and will be available through the company's internal and external channels.
