1. Data controller / Who we are

The processing of personal data collected through the website www.qf2.es, as well as through the different contact channels provided (email, telephone or forms), will be carried out by:

2. Personal data / Purposes of data processing

At Qualifica2, S.L., for the correct editing and display of the website we use the WordPress tool, which does not collect any personal data about visitors and only collects the data shown on the user profile screen for users registered in that tool.
If you contact us by email or telephone, the data you provide will be used to contact the sender of the information, respond to the request, enquiry or petition and carry out any follow-up. Data will be processed with strict confidentiality in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.

2.1. Data processed

Depending on the channel used by the user, the following may be processed:

  • Identification data (name and surname).
  • Contact data (email address, telephone number).
  • Professional data, where applicable.
  • Information voluntarily included in communications or requests.
  • Technical data arising from browsing (IP address, online identifiers, cookies).
  • Data associated with registered WordPress users, if that functionality exists.

Accordingly, users may exercise at any time, in relation to their personal data, the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by contacting the Data Controller, Qualifica2, S.L., by email together with a copy of their ID document at info@qf2.es or by post to Plaza Ramon y Cajal, No. 1, 2nd Floor, 21600 Valverde del Camino, Huelva, Spain.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency or another supervisory authority. Further information about your rights may also be obtained from those bodies.

Users may exercise the rights recognised under the GDPR:

  • Rectification of inaccurate data.

4. Accuracy and truthfulness of the data provided

The user who sends or communicates information to Qualifica2, S.L. is solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data included, and Qualifica2, S.L. is released from any liability in this regard.
Users guarantee and are in all cases responsible for the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertake to keep it duly updated.
Qualifica2, S.L. shall not be responsible for the truthfulness of information not produced by it and for which another source is indicated, nor does it assume any liability for any hypothetical damage arising from the use of such information.

For the specific purpose of providing contracted services, we collect personal data that may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients, who will then process such data only within the scope of those processing activities:

All staff of Qualifica2, S.L. have received training in data protection matters.

Once those periods have elapsed, the data will be securely deleted or anonymised.
